Interactive, rotating carousel interface that rotates the thumbnails in a carousel type effect.

Skill level: Advanced

The interactive, rotating interface is a navigation component that rotates a number of thumbnail images (or movieclips) in a carousel type effect, depending on the position of the mouse. The mouse cursors position changes the direction and spin speed of the objects.

The images or movieclips can be modified easily.

Suggested ideas for use are displaying product ranges, photo displayer, menu interface.

Simple interactive, scrolling interface that scrolls thumbnails across the screen and reacts to the cursor.

The interactive scrolling interface is a navigation component that scrolls and enlarges a number of thumbnail images (or movieclips), depending on the position of the mouse. The mouse cursors position changes the direction, speed and size of the objects.

The number of images or movieclips displayed can be modified easily.

Suggested ideas for use are displaying product ranges or photos.

FLASH: RANDOM IMAGE LOADER with ANIMATED MASKS

Overview

Simple image loader that loads different images using animated masks.

Skill level: Beginner

Flash version: Flash 8

The random image loader is an image component that loads different images and uses an animated masks to make the transition. The animated masks shown are basic cross fades but these can be easily updated.

Images are defined in an editable xml file.

Suggested ideas for use are animated photo banner or photo displayer.
